   Let me share my guideline  which i follow in my daily life to lead a happy life .

   First and foremost understand the fact that

  "Life is what's happening  while we're busy making other plans".

     when we're busy making other plans, our children are busy growing up , the people we love are moving away and dying , our bodies are getting out of shape, and our dreams are slipping away. In short, we miss our life"

  Live this moment ..Enjoy your life. cherish each and every second  of your life...Do what  your heart says...

   Remember, When you die, there will still be unfinished  business to take care of.And you know what? Someone else will do it for !.Dont waste any more precious moments of your life regretting the inevitable.

   Now matter what everyone will have their ups and down dont get pissed off for that Live your life do all those crazy things which makes you feel happy..do things which   make project who you are..

Do you know star make noise- knock knock

 Do you know that stars will make  noise? If you dont have any idea about this read this article till the end  Usually star are made by fusion of Helium... stay young and active

    This 80yrs old lady is from  a very small town called vellore.    I have never seen an 80yrs old granny who is so active like 18 yr athlete and the way she walks like a model even Deepika Padukone will fail in front of her.      when i asked her secret  for fitness she replied with an smile😊 .      she said " keep your mind and body active ". These words are true only when you spend taking care of yourself you will explore people and things around..     she reminds me of muniba mazari who once said people and things which are meant to be with me are with me. so stay strong and active no matter what..but dont forget to put that million dollar smile on your face.      Give this an try..to keep your body and mind active.

 Yes ...what you read is true.. China has an population 1 billion people where people dont use People use app in their own language.. and use it in their  own world..  You will be wondering what are they using other than google...right...the answer is   1. Baidu instead of GOOGLE   2. Instead of WHATS APP  they use WeChat  If you are planning for a trip to china... make sure that you cant use all this app.
